The Guadalajara Original Grill offers a bunch of enchilada options on the large menu, from the vegetarian option, Enchiladas Espinacas y Calabacitas (stuffed with spinach, zucchini, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and onions) or the meat-eaters options, like the Tres Banditos (chicken mole, pork chile verde and a straight up chicken enchiladas) or the Mexican-flag-themed Plato Bandera (the pork chile verde again, beef chile rojo and a white-sauce chicken). If you're getting a headache from the choices, just close your eyes and point. You'll be happy with whatever shows up in front of you.
