Barbecued meats par excellence are Brushfire's specialty. Beef, pork and chicken are flavored with spice rubs and finished with a choice of Brushfire's six sauces. The side dishes are worthy of the entrées. Chefs Ben and Jared recommend the baked beans to first-time customers, but the grilled corn on the cob, creamy slaw, fries, mustard potato salad and others are not to be missed. Round out the meal with a slice of sweet potato, apple or pecan pie. Iced "sweet" tea is available in addition to the usual drinks. Eat in, take out or cater your next cell meeting. Don't worry; if you can't leave the safe house, they deliver!
