You walk in to an aura of calm. Classical music plays quietly in the background. The staff members all greet you warmly. The coffee pot is always on, and they have free snacks and bottled water. The place is immaculately clean. These are all fine, but the best part is that these folks are impeccably honest. If you need work done, they'll tell you what it is, what's involved and what will happen if you don't do it. But they'll also tell you if you don't need something--you won't get suckered into service you don't need. If you drive a Toyota, Honda, Saturn or Mitsubishi, this is the place to go. One Weekly writer drives two hours just to get his oil changed here.
