Living with our state government can drain one's spirits, but eating Roma Imports' red sandwich can revive one's faith in humanity. The people here take a baguette and schmear it with their special red sundried-tomato-and-basil-pesto mayonnaise. They add a generous layer of fresh, ripe tomatoes. And here's the kicker: They add their bright-red sundried-tomato gouda cheese, and heat it until it's smooth and melty and warm and RED. Bright red. Red all over, like the Tucson Weekly! (Oops!
