Luis Alberto Urrea, a Pulitzer Prize finalist for his book The Devil's Highway, is the special guest at a reception to raise funds for Save Ethnic Studies from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, March 13. $20; free student. The Devil's Highway, a novel about the fate of 26 men trying to cross the border, is under fire in the battle over Tucson Unified School District's Mexican American studies program.
