ASPCA Challenge

When: Fri., Aug. 3 2012

Having qualified for the ASPCA Rachael Ray $100,000 Challenge, the Humane Society of Southern Arizona competes with 49 other shelters across the country to reunite or find forever homes for 3,000 dogs and cats by Wednesday, Oct. 31. The drive kicks off from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, Aug. 3, with free adoptions of adult cats and mixed-breed dogs weighing more than 25 pounds. Free pet portraits are available from 5 to 7 p.m.
