Annette Gray reads from her book about the extraordinary life and acquaintances of American pioneer woman Mamie (Bernard) Aguirre at noon and 2 p.m., Saturday, April 28; free. She is joined for Q&A sessions by her subject's great-granddaughter Mamie, whose quest the book documents. Reservations are required.
