Amber offers just what this town needs: good, hardy Eastern European food in a thoroughly modern setting. Potato pancakes, kielbasa, goulash, schnitzel and other old-world dishes are made from scratch and served with a smile. While the prices are a tad high, you’ll be taking home a doggie bag or two to enjoy the next day. (8-20-09)
