A Healthy Celebration
Terrol Dew Johnson's Through the Eyes of the Eagle: Illustrating Healthy Living continues through Saturday, Jan. 7. The family-friendly exhibition raises awareness about Type 2 diabetes prevention from a Native American perspective, using photographs, objects, artwork, storytelling, hands-on activities and video. Many Mexicos: Vistas de la Frontera is exhibited through November 2012. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, except Monday, Jan 2; $5, free younger than 18, member, active-duty military and their families, UA and PCC staff or student with ID, researchers and scholars with appointments, visitors to the library or the store, and everyone on days of public programs.
