      <![CDATA[The Winter 2012 ratings period you reference actually covered last January 2012 through March 28th followed by the the Spring 2012 book, the Summer 2012 book and finally the Fall 2012 book. <br>

Those are the most recent numbers and they were just released Tuesday January 8th, 2013.

      <![CDATA[Is KWFM paying the fees the go along with playing all that music or are they just doing what ever they want without the fear of consequence. (again)<br>

 If I were 94.9 MIX or  106 The Groove and was paying the appropriate fees and following the rules of the FCC, BMI and other requirements, I would be quite upset that KWFM/KJLL gets to just do as they please without responsibility/punishment.

The Progressive Talk format has failed in almost every market it has been rolled out in, even the liberal and progressive bastions where you would think it would work.<br>
<br>
