These failures by Goddard's investigation were an intrinsic part of the Libertarian Party's favorable ruling by the appellate courts granting prospective relief in rigged elections.<br>

      <![CDATA[Why widen a road that runs into downtown turning into Congress, a road the mayor said earlier this week he envisions to someday be car free once the street car is running?<br>
<br>
These roads need to be calmed, not widened. For once focus on safety and environment, not building massive roads - virtually impenetrable walls which split communities in half.
