Take a look at what has surfaced in the court case that is currently still storing the 2006 RTA election ballots.

Before any court orders affecting election procedures are issued, the hearing needs to complete the fundamental tasks ignored by Attorney General Terry Goddard.

These failures by Goddard's investigation were an intrinsic part of the Libertarian Party's favorable ruling by the appellate courts granting prospective relief in rigged elections.

The court must allow for the actual audit of the ballots and a forensic examination of the ballots.

These roads need to be calmed, not widened. For once focus on safety and environment, not building massive roads - virtually impenetrable walls which split communities in half.
