      <![CDATA[I notice Mari Herreras lacks the cojones to admit she keeps getting her "banned" claim wrong, although you will notice Mari has quietly stopped making the claim even though she refuses to acknowledge her ongoing error. Shameful.

      <![CDATA[Why does Mari Herreras keep referring to the books as "banned" when TUSD themselves have specifically denied the books are banned? If the claim is that TUSD has banned the books, and TUSD explicitly states the books are not banned and proves such to be the case, then Mari's claim is absolutely false.

      <![CDATA[The board "approved" the books years ago in a long list of books for many different courses, in a routine consent agenda item with no attached information and no board discussion. It was meaningless from the viewpoint of oversight and very far from a proper curriculum approval, by the standards of either statute or TUSD policy.
