Whoever it was that mentioned that the land the towers occupy if far more valuable than a broken down radio station with bottom-of-the-heap ratings.

There was a little station
That struggled to fit in
They didn't aim for ratings,
Yet their loyal listeners grew,
And to their AM 1330,
They stayed so very true,
John C. Scott "ran the show"
In more ways than one,
As GM....and on the air
His work was never done,
He took pride in his labor,
For the little station that could,
And created something great,
Out of something only good,
Armed with an important few,
Like Ulm, Caton, Aubry, and Cox,
Scott's crew was able,
To turn back the clocks,
They repaired Kim Kelly's damage
From the awful debt she accrued,
And yet, recent events
Have been misconstrued,
And so- to clear things up,
Here is the way it went down:
For on Valentine's Day last,
The Wicked Witch got her crown
Though the Jolt was well-known
For being local talk that was gritty,
Along came Dawn Avalon
Screaming "I'll get you my pretty!"
Yes, Sprei's wicked queen
Was passed the 1330 torch,
And her first move was to throw
Cox out on the porch!
And then she set her evil eye
Upon the rest of the staff,
In just a few short weeks,
Their pay was cut in half!
And so this wretched woman,
Put in charge without a clue,
Began to tell the employees,
What she wanted them to do,
She claimed to be the President,
And barely made it through the motions,
"Let's make this AM station music!" she said,
(Just ONE of her ridiculous notions!)
This is what comes out of
Someone sleeping with the owner,
What could Stan be thinking?
Perhaps just with his boner,
And so the little station
Went off the air today,
Hey Sprei- I sure hope
You enjoyed that roll in the hay
I hope that it was worth it
Screwing those in the end
That did nothing but try to help you
Over backwards they would bend,
Though you were never deserving,
They put themselves second, and you first,
And now don't be surprised,
If Kharma's left you cursed,
For somehow you fail,
To see with your own eyes,
That you are now left,
With the very saddest prize,
These people you abandoned,
And left out in the cold,
They'll find themselves new jobs,
And they won't miss the old,
But your grand reward, Stan,
Oh- it takes the cake,
For her pathetic mammaries,
Are not all that is fake,
Hang on to your wallet,
You miserable dolt,
Else you'll lose all you own,
Not just the Jolt!!!
