    Re: “The Battle at Home
The LORD helped me a great deal. But some Veterans think that they don't need The LORD. So what can they do? Well, they can hide their _____ ,take medication (which kills). They can get help (therapy), but these are Veterans; they " Never Accept Defeat."

So you have: a hard head Vet, that's independent (without GOD), hides their true feelings, takes medication (which HURTS them internally, mentally,(some) financially and physically), WILL not ask for help. (therapy says "whatever you suffer from, for you; IT will have to get worse before IT gets better"),

What do you do? how can you get OUR WARRIORS to ask for help. Most just ignore and drink it all away.

Well, that's where I said "NO MORE FOR ME"- Pedro H.

I called the hotline that helped me (asked for help), I almost have a minor in PSY from the UA ("I will never quit"-I am fighting from all sides ,PTSD will not win ), I go to all the therapy the VA and Military want to put me in (continue therapy).

BUT the only medication I'm on is Cannabis (long story, short- I had a soldier with identical diagnoses as I had after our Deployment, he died in the barracks from the mixing of the medications I had to take, but didn't)

Like I said in the beginning, The LORD protected me while in FOB Loyalty, and helps me fight the 'demons' and allows me to medicate with a plant from the earth, WITH THE SIDE EFFECT of the munchies!

The 420 Social Club is my VFW, but rather than swapping stories while drinking, I swap stories while passing. LOVE YOU ALL,

GOD BLESS TUCSON WEEKLY, NICK MEYERS, 420 SOCIAL CLUB, and YOU Tucson (my Hometown)
PS. Want to swap stories or hear some more, come on down the CLUB is on 4th ave, see you there!
