Here's one problem with this idea: if we were to "get in line," the Democrats will continue to use the progressive base for elections and then ignore us again and again. They will never respect the progressives unless we carry the #BernieOrBust strategy to its 50 state conclusion in November.
Problem two: try to imagine our credibility if we "get in line" after Bill Clinton encouraged Trump to get more involved with Republican politics. We would immediately stop being revolutionaries and start being sheep. Sorry Grijalva, #SheepNoMore. Trump is Clinton's problem to solve, not progressive's.
