Tucson City Council and the Mayor can certainly help this to move forward passing the changes to the urban agriculture code on December 8th. These changes have been well researched, the public has been involved and it is way beyond time for this to finally pass. How can Tucson say it wants this designation and then not allow more residents to provide themselves with food and eggs?
