I have lunch at NOOK at least once a week and have had a weekend brunch party that was very successful. I've not experienced the poor service that is described in this article rather enjoy the efficiency the waiters show as they hustle through the busy hour of the day. I've had business lunches at NOOK and have always appreciated the servers discretion and awareness of opportune times to offer refills. I don't know the girls name but she, Jack and Logan are some of my favorite servers downtown. I wonder if the kitchen was backed up during the writers visits or they were short staffed as that could be the cause of this otherwise unusual experience? You'll find me in the back corner booth enjoying NOOK.
