The prison system is a business like any other but with peoples lives and the lives of family members. They don't care about who the court's in trap, just the dollar 💵 amount they make. Just recently, I read an inmate who chopped into two and stuffed into a trash can! Where is the rehabilitation then? Cards do not stop riots or some fights rather than they provoke them.
