Cause of death? Complications from his wounds?? Other unrelated causes? And by the way, when did newspapers adopt the phrase "passed away?" I believe AP style is still to just say "died." Sorry to hear that we lost this brave man. Way more guts than our chickenhawk, war-mongering politicians!
