El Torero on 26th and 4th Avenue for a "green chile chimichanga enchilada style." This is a uniquely wonderful dish. Hardly any make this dish. It is border food and a rare experience. Also The Mosaic Cafe for huevos rancheros. James Beard rated Mosaic the best in Tucson for huevos.
