    Re: “The Skinny
I've met Ms. Sedgwick on many occasions, this story doesn't match her personality at all. Even if she did protest in this manner it would not change my opinion that Ms. Sedgwick will do well for TUSD. I also know the Tucson Weekly well, they are nothing but a dirty rag, a very pore excuses for journalism.
TW is owned by the Grijalvas, they control it, so it is of no surprise that they would try to smear Ms. Sedgwick in this manner. I too was a victim of the Weekly, they wrote a nasty story about me and released personal information retrieved from TUSD without investigating. Well Tucson Weekly I now have the evidence that what you retrieved from TUSD was completely false, written by a man that committed criminal fraud , of which TUSD covered up. Want to do a real story , do that one and leave Ms. Sedgwick alone, or maybe we should both sue you slander.

You should be ashamed David. TKF is a good organization, trying to fix the disastrous board majority. Teachers supporting Foster and Juarez better rethink what they are doing. ESI started out taking over 200 substitute teachers, now there are more than 1400 ESI employees all voted for by Foster and Juarez. Wise up teachers your jobs are on the line. Foster and Juarez should be removed from the ballot for their illegal activities in this campaign. I hope that the complaints filed against them lands them in jail. I have evidence against TUSD that involves this board majority and the criminal activity committed against all current and former employees and taxpayers. TUSD is in big trouble , and if Sanchez, Juarez, Foster and Grijalva are smart they would cut and run.

I hate the term DEADBEAT DAD, the governor better check out parental alienation first. Fathers have no rights in this state. I went through a horrible divorce, after being ordered to pay child support my ex got me fired from my job, then she called CPS and with no evidence of anything I was kept from seeing my kids. I fought CPS three times and won each time, each time I was kept from my kids for a year. Finally I have my sons but my ex was never ordered to pay support, and she does nothing to help. Governor better consider parental alienation and women that don't pay. I hope someone sues over this

TUSD has a budget from the state for facilities , they have used it everywhere but on the buildings. As for Allen a fresh mind might do well. We need someone that will look at TUSD without blinders . Farley is a joke he wont listen to anyone but Grijalva about TUSD, I have tried to call him about many issues , he wont even return calls. I hope Allen brings 1371 back , even Judge Bury doesn't think TUSD is spending desegregation money correctly. There is a push in the legislature right now for a complete audit of TUSD, Farley is fighting it , says a lot about him. Just like Grijalva and Sanchez what does Farley have to hide . There is an issue involving TUSD and Farley under investigation by the AG right now. It would be wise for Allen to crack down on TUSD as soon as possible. If she can do that she would have many people in Tucson trusting the legislative leadership again.

Fact Checking Teacher, you are so right and I thank you for saying it. I also support Ms. Campoy, but I don't have the access that you have. The court ordered that Grijalva receive all orders and documents as a warning, she has been put on notice about spreading misinformation, clearly she doesn't care. I hope that you will relay this to Ms. Campoy , if she should notify the court it may expedite her removal.

TUSD is in its death throws. I've said it many times before, TUSD will not survive with this leadership. My organization has demanded Sanchez' resignation after his racist comments, this majority chose to ignore it, law makers have not. The Federal handed Grijalva her butt, yet reading her statement in this article , it appears she doesn't care . Statements made here by Grijalva could get her held in contempt . I hope the judge sees this article. As for the Weekly , you over looked many facts on this issue, try reporting with no bias . The public needs the truth , not Grijalva propaganda.
