I believe the part where she says "Yes, exercising has wonderful physical and mental benefits, but you don't owe it to anyone else to make an effort to change your body unless you wanna" is the important part. She's not saying "hey! Being fat is good!" She's saying that it's ok to be happy with who you are. If you WANT to exercise and slim down, cool. However, do it for yourself or for your health and not because society tells you that being slimmer will validate your existence.
