and just to point out, she recieved one 10 1/2 year sentence, two 7 1/2 year sentences, and another three years on another charge. Theyre just running consecutively so the longest time she could be in there is 10 1/2 years. Over 28 years.
Just to point out, she recieved two 7 1/2, one 10 1/2, and one 3 year sentence. They are all running consecutively so the longest charge it she has to serve is 10 1/2 not 7 1/2 like it says. Thats just over 28 years in sentencing.
I completely agree with you if what had happened is what is said in the article.
No, they were not post certified law enforcement officers. You are right that you cant simply shoot at someone walking on your property, but you are not taking into consideration the parameters of the situation, and must not fully be comprehending my comments.
You can not take down barriers with no trespassing signs as far as the real estate people go, and the fact they had a firearm made it criminal trespassing. That's about all there is to say.
It is not at all the family's fault. Pamela is an active, healthy, capable woman who certainly does not have Alzhiemer's and is not the slightest bit senile. Once again, there was no deputy present upon her arrest. Pamela caught Bruce Fay and his friend Warren messing with her well, at which point both ran away while being held at gunpoint as she called the police. Bruce Fay's mother called the police hearing the commotion herself claiming she was trying to kill her son. A few minutes later a group of posse members approached her 100 foot driveway with a curve and another 40 feet to her wall. They had no flashlights, and were attempting to be sneaky. They did not announce themselves at which point she shot into the ground, they retreated and got their patrol rifles and flashlights at which point she realized they were police and walked out to meet them and state she shot at the ground and not at them. As the witness states, you can hear everything that goes on around there. He only heard the initial commotion and later the gunshots. He heard no one announce or identify themselves, less than a few hundred feet away, not to mention Bruce Fay's mother heard the initial commotion an acre or so away. She had every right to shoot. All I can say about marijuana is you obviously own the movie Reefer Madness. Coma? Lets not be ill informed and foolish. You are right, the article is utilizing the police report. Contradicting the facts.
A lawyer could not be afforded, so she was given a tax lawyer as her public defender. No one in the family has an extra 100,000 lying around and he really had no right to be a part of that case at all, and it showed. The roof is a dog house roof almost as tall as the wall if it clears that up
One, marijuana is not harmful, it is not a narcotic, it is not intoxicating like alcohol and real narcotics are. As I stated, that real estate agent and her client were not lost. They knowingly tresspassed and apologized afterward. Pamela Williams had her property fenced off with signs intact, there is no excuse for purposely tresspassing. If anyone, was caught on my property and I called the police, heard no sirens, and had someone walk towards me unannounced in the dark after being tormented by neighboors and disregarded by police, you are damn right I and most people would shoot, hell, most people might not even be so nice as to fire warning shots. You believe you are in the right, but the fact is you know nothing about the reality of what happened. And the Sheriffs department is the reason she is in this situation, the full blame weighs on their back for their unjust manipulation of this case and made up facts, the fact that the joke of a prosecutor maliciously pursued her inarceration to the fullest extent only adds to the injustice. Not only this, but the fact the officer who was not even present testified against her also is exemplary as to who is a direct bearer of blame. You do not know all the facts, and have no right to speak against a woman who never shoot any firearm without reason. It is you, and people like you who the Pinal County Sheriffs department depend upon to believe and preach their lies.
