Good to see the Hog Pit getting some good reviews, this place has great BBQ. I've had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, the ribs, and also the chicken. The meats are always tender and juicy, the rub they put on the slabs is great, as are the 3 homemade sauces (mild, med, hot). Sides are excellent too - slaw, cornbread, very tasty beans. Owners are very friendly, good selection of beers, plus sweet tea. Nice place, the pit master knows his stuff, check it out!
Is there any part of the collection on display and open to the public, ie. a museum of some sort? Reading about it is nice, it'd be great to see it, So. Arizona does seem to have a lot of interesting insects.
