Add to the list of those previously burned by Avalon and Sprei, one who was invited to work at the station as the network engineer. I show up for the first day of work, only to find the doors locked and that no one had their phone on. Neither Avalon or Sprei would answer calls, respond to e-mail or voice mail, or do even the least thing to acknowledge my attempts at contact.
I wish I'd seen these comments before leaving what little part time work I had, because now I'm out of work altogether. Avalon promises great things will happen, claims to have 30 years in radio, but is nothing but a bullsh!t artist who cares nothing about what her broken agreements do to other people's lives. FYI, Avalon now signs her documents as President, Hudson Communications.
As for Sprei, he is a witting and willing accomplice. He sits there aiding and abetting Avalon in her madness (nothing else to call it), and should be sued for the way he lets Avalon wreak havoc in people's lives. Whether the station lives or dies in his hands, but he seems oblivious to it all.
What problems the station has are blamed on former employees attempting to sabotage the station; Alan Michaels take note, in particular, take note. You are the favorite target, buddy.

The latest target of Avalon and Sprei's malicious behavior
