Am I missing something here?
Ricketts states; “Loss of our records: Accounting and record keeping was impeccable under the guidance of Robert Chernick. Responsibility to make payments for storage of Rockingham records was rested by Mr. Freedman, who never fulfilled his word.”
If this is the same Freedman Ricketts is discrediting, how could Rockingham LLC delegate and trust record keeping to "Freeman"? Again, the fox being trusted to guard the henhouse.
Surely all Ricketts has to do is go to the banks Rockingham used where several years of checks were written and ask for duplicate copies and then show the records to the Investors.
I say again, none of the Rockingham LLC principles want to be caught with their hands in the financial cookie jar and the best way to accomplish this is the good old "Wizard Of Oz" ploy even though Toto has pulled back the drapes to expose Ricketts, Chernick and Hahn controlling the levers while saying "Don't look at us, look over here and over there".
Depo them and the records.
