Atrocious behaviour on the part of a former Arizona U.S. senator and democrat that is stil highly respected in the democratic party of Arizona and...whose family is known to be one of the most powerful and respected not only in Tucson but throughout the state of Arizona and in the halls of power in Washington D.C. !
If Mr. DeConcini will resign from the board of this private prison which committs acts of inhumanity and....which he and others profit of those acts of inhumanity, then, the respect and blemish on his reputation as a civilized human being might be restored.

The crooks are the ones this extremist governor surrounds herself with... not leastly the main lobbyist for the private prison corporation that now has a large financial interest in the state of Arizona. Rest assured...it won't be this "Extremist, Angel Death Star" Jan Brewer whose friends go to these corporate prisons it will be poor people for crimes that rich people get out of !
Please, don't be fooled by this extremist governor who says she is a so called conservative yet passes more laws and expands government by throwing more people in jain for petty crimes like smoking pot ! What about good ol' senator McCain who enjoys an extremely wealthy life style based off of his wife's business in the sale of alcohol for consumption? The consumption of alcohol kills more people every year than pot ever did or will yet...it's not illegal and that is...what you call political hypocricy on the part of this so called governor Brewer and her political friends on both sides of the political aisle !
Please help us to recall this extremist governor Jan Brewer before she contributes to the deaths of anymore Arizona citizens !

Thank you, the link wasn't working before so I wasn't able to access it but...I do appreciate your courteous apply. I love the Tucson Weekly as do many of my friends and family. I just wish you guys would not be so biased...especially for a recall that has just begun. Negative statements in the very beginning of the article such as: as the statement declaring as fact that our officially filed recall RC 01-2012 is a "non-starter" mis-leads the public, many of whom will believe that this is a scientific fact rather than an opinion. That being said, we gathered over 1,500 signatures in two days right under the nose of extremist governor Brewer during the Centennial with no more than six volunteers at a time. Goodale is a huge proponent of unfair charter schools, always being in support of bills in the house (one by Farnsworth exempting them from federal law) which unfairly give them special favors that no public schools enjoy !
In addition...she was quoted on a radio news program on kjzz.org last week stating that Az. attorney general Thom Horn was going after the sheriff's department in Colorado City wrongly and then..she went on to pooh-hoo away the fact police were looking the other way when it came to young girls were being forced into polygamy from that area. And yes...I know that Thom Horne is an extremist but...hearing Goodale make a bizarre statement apparently supporting the forcing of young women into marriage around Colorado City told me how different she really is as compared appears to the "little innocent old lady" routine she puts on when I see her every day as I testify in the committees she serves in at the legislature.
