The "Last Hurrah" of Raul Grijalva looking for one last election.
Grijalva SEES the writing on the wall,
Like a phoenix arising from the ashes: the "Trump Phenomena" marks the death of decades old Tucson City and Pima County Open Border Policy and the "Raza-Revolution."
The great American "Silent Majority" has finally awaken to disavow and change the 50 plus year old left wing shift in American social policy.
The multi decades long work and sacrifice of "Pioneer" Arizona Activists including but not limited to Glen Spenser, Kathy McKee, Laura Leighton, Rus Dove, Wes Bramhall, Clyde Philips, Cindy Kolb, and yes Yours Truly Roy Warden, aka "the Notorious Mexican Flag Burner," and activist groups like the Minutemen (including Al Garza, Chris Simcox, James Gilchrist), You Don't Speak For Me" (Col. Al Rodriquez), and MAIA (MIchele Dellacroce) set the stage for the downfall of La Raza.
WHEN I remarked this to Pima County Public Defender Margot Cowan at the Trump rally last week, Margot looked "sick." I thought she was going to puke!
Unlike MOST of the readers of this story, I once met Cesar Chavez, shook his hand, in the spring of 1966 when I participated in the March to Support the Delano Grape Strike.
The author of this story is disingenuous; he and the rest of the "pro raza" propagandists have always used Chavez' picture to imply his support for "pro raza" open border policy, when he did not.
Truth is: Chavez, an American citizen, was a friend of Bobby Kennedy.
Chavez DID NOT support the use of Illegal Mexican Labor to break farm worker labor strikes and to drive DOWN the value of American labor.
In fact, Chavez VIOLENTLY opposed it!
For Decades Tucson City Officials "aided and abetted, enticed and invited and otherwise encouraged the illegal entry of impoverished Mexican citizens for economic and political exploitation."
Now Tucson is concerned we have so many unemployed poor?
What did YOU think Mayor Rothschild?
Maybe we can"cut" our way to prosperity by CUTTING the HIGH salaries of Tucson City Officials, do you think?
Wonderfully emotional story and a personal reminder to me of precious family relationships south of the border.
However, the various reporters to this story intentionally miss the point.
Of Course love is beautiful; but while our hearts melt and our eyes swim with sympathy for Linda and Sixto, we cannot forgot the horrific consequences of "illegal immigration" not the least of which is pointed out by the commentary up above.
Mexico is a failed state, whose terror and corruption has spilled across the border.
Just today the State Department issued the following warning:
NO, Ms. Herreras the border didn't "cross us", as you, Isabel Garcia, and the "pro-raza" crowd so often insist, We the People of the American Southwest, which includes many with Hispanic roots and former Mexican citizens who are now Americans, some of whom have personally told me:
"Mr. Warden. I didn't stand in line and wait for my Green Card just so the problems of Mexico could follow me here."
The border, without which we wouldn't have a country, properly separates America. from Mexico.
Mexico is Mexico and America is America. Which is WHY so many Mexicans have lawfully immigrated here.
You really mean "Illegal Aliens"
The distinction is meaningful.
For nearly a decade I've written about Tucson City Open Border Policy, (now being litigated in U.S. District Court) where City Officials worked hand in hand with “pro-raza” activist groups, to "aid and abet, entice and invite or otherwise encourage the illegal entry of impoverished Mexican citizens for economic and political exploitation.”
Additionally I’ve written about Mexican “straw into gold” economic policy which is to export their poor non productive citizens (who otherwise would be a burden upon tax paying citizens) and send them to America, where they could earn and send home remittance money.
Today Mexico earns as much from the export of their poor as they do from the sale of oil.
Now Mexico announces a “Three Peso for One” policy to invigorate their “straw into gold” policy.
Pretty nasty business, building your economy by exploiting your own citizens in such a manner, if you ask me.
I concur with the Mexican Of course los hombres think they have a chance at chinga-chinga.
They look at her and probably say to themselves, "She should be grateful!"
"This skank is so fea that she gets no action at all!"
YOU folks should stop focusing on race and ethnicity and start focusing on THIS reality: Trump is not popular on the basis of racial "chauvinism."
Behold the rise of Bernie Sanders and the fall of Hillary: both Democrats and Republicans are fed up with the establishment of both parties, and the status quo.
American voters are mad as hell. And they are NOT gonna take it anymore!
