Good call on the Kull The Conqueror, very, very insightful. Most people think that by referencing Robert E Howard, that basically defers to the Conan mythos automatically. Not the case here; Kull was the source material in this case. Good call also that II "presumably" draws inspiration from The Invisibles, no one really has figured that one out, however, you are correct to downplay the comparison, as there is not a single lyric on the album that actually references The Invisibles, or anything Grant Morrison has ever written. Still, there is one reference, and there is another glaring similarity also, that no one in the band is yet aware of.
