Payday Jose was just an "agent" of a Phoenix payday loan company? people "requested it"? you mean 3 payday loan stores on that corner already weren't enough?
Payday Jose may not have an opinion one way or the other about the payday loan industry, but the voters of Arizona sure did! the people of Pima County rejected the move to extend the practice by over 3 to 1. Mr Flores seems to be out of touch with the people he wishes to represent!
Funny that Rawson should bring up the issue of cars, since it was Cunningham that on two separate occasions moved to end the car allowance, with Steve K refusing to second it on one occasion.
And when it comes to fiscal responsibility, it was Cunningham that pushed for and got the council to pass the process for change order notification.
And Cunningham is often the only ally of Steve K.
Rawson's platform seems quite a bit like what Cunningham is already doing
