Bribing teachers for test results! Teaching on commission!
What could possibly go wrong with such a system?
Banning DDT use on cotton crops in Texas killed no one. DDT has never been banned in Africa or Asia.
In fact, the death toll from malaria has continued to drop, from about 4 million a year when DDT use was heaviest, through 2 million a year in 1972 when the U.S. banned DDT spraying on agricultural crops, to under 900,000 per year today.
50 million people haven't died from malaria since DDT was banned, period. What's this guy talking about?
