Tucson comes up as hot, boring and dark. Not such a great outcome either. Admittedly Phoenix is apparently hot, big and dry.
Mr. Tobin needs to be reminded that illegal entry into the united states is considered a civil violation - similar to a parking ticket. He may not like that that is the status of illegal entry violations but then he needs to do what he often advocates for- change the law.
As Congress has accumulated immigration law over the last century it has left the executive branch a wide range of latitude in enforcing the laws it has passed. Today's actions by Homeland Security fall within the Presidents powers.
Calling the structures between Tyndall, Park, Speedway and 1st street historic is some kind of stretch. The area is run down and in need of renewal. A 14 story building near campus works for students and for the university and will probably limit the number of car trips said students take. If the development were the other side of Euclid I would all in with West University.
Conservative independent- thanks for proving that some among us think that being illegaly brought into the country and attending school is a worse crime then being sexually molested since if deportation is the consequence of reporting a crime the crime won't be reported. Or at least less likely to be reported.
And the republicans will deport the illegal immigrant boys who report being sexually molested by an adult.
OK, Jim we get it. You like Baseball.
