Went to college at Culver-Stockton College, met underground comic Artist Skip Williamson and Poet/ Musician Gerry Glombecki. Did a cartoon children's story with Gerry Glombecki of Tucson Ar in 1973 called Frog and the Gungarasa. From there I went on to do comics, music, graphics and fine art. In 2008 after reconnecting with Gerry Glombecki and Skip Williamson I started The Comic Book College from a suggestion Gerry made to me during one of our many phone calls till he passed away May 25 2010. Through these relationships I have had the pleasure to meet many of the world's greatest artists, song writers, musicians, writers and filmmakers. I am currently publishing underground comics for our comic label BOOTLEG COMIX. Hope to be around a while to pay homage to those who have encouraged and inspired and befriended me into the greatest career and life I could have ever had, the life of an artist/cartoonist

Re: “Ministry and Music

Yes I remember when Ritchie Furay became a Christian and was doing Christian rock music. There was a rather large scene at the time and he was one of those big conversion kits, the best way to describe it. Bob Dylan being the biggest of them all.......but really it was rather a drag, as Ritchie will tell you himself. Glad he got through that and is doing something he is comfortable with. But yeah, I remember it well as did many others. Well written article by the way.

Re: “Tales From the Outskirts: Ajo

I feel sorry for your state in general. You lost a genius of a poet in Gerry Glombecki in May of this year, who will never be honored as such. You are having to remove a great man's remembrance from your state in Washington DC for guy that everyone remembers as the Presidential candidate that wanted to use Atomic bombs on Viet nam??????and You have Mexican Mafia controlling your lives and your borders with drugs, money and guns ???? Nice article by the way, which proves the man's genius but makes one wonder wtf you people are doing out there? In the desert???

Re: “Remembering Gerry

Well, for those of you who had the pleasure to live in Tucson and know this extraorndinary person, Gerry Glombecki, all I can say is you had a jewel in your midst would loved rocks, the ocean, the planet, and his friends. For those of us who knew Gerr, from Canton, Missouri, Chicago, California, Nevada, or Nashville, all I can say is you better start producing what he inspired in you lest you end your life as the song goes "in Sin and Misery, in the House of The Rising Sun"...........Adios Amigo, though I know we will meet again.....Frog
