Re: “Platform Gallery”
Teha Nightsound's imaginative use of a traditional Asian medium to portray contemporary American elements is art at its finest. Even if you overlook the superb technical skill that she puts into her work (but is unfamiliar to many people), the subtlety and simplicity of design are astounding and fresh. Art should be about breaking out of an ordinary view of life and Nightsound's sumi-e genuinely accomplishes that in a first-class way.
