I was a manager that worked with each of these managers listed in the article in my 15 year career at Target, and what each of them are saying is 100% accurate. In 2004 I was being pushed out the door as well from the store on Irvington for making too much. I as well had nothing but great reviews during my employment there where I started as a cart attendant, and worked my way up to an executive team leader, as well as a regional field representative over the entertainment division. Everything was going great until Target promoted a new store manager from Colorado. Since he came into the picture, it was just a short time until he started making my life miseralbe there, finding little things to write me up on, until I eventually found something better and left the company. I gave Target my two week notice and the store manager told me to leave now and had me escorted out of the building by loss prevention in the same manner that Manny Lovio speaked of. It is very disturbing to hear of what is happening to each of the people listed in this article. I have worked side-by-side and was trained in different areas with each of them and have nothing but respect for them. If any of you need my assistance in this matter, you know who I am and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
