Caterpillar fits right in here with Raytheon and DM. Tucson is more of an accomplice to empire than it wants to admit.
Thanks, Joel, for the work that you do. You are a lifesaver and an inspiration.
I applaud any effort to clean up the corruption in the Border Patrol. The agency has long been allowed to police itself and so has been increasingly unwilling to do so. The Border Patrol's union, like some of the trolls here, want to blame the Democrats for the agency's excesses. And they are partly right, since the largest expansion of the BP came under Clinton. But we apparently must be reminded that the expansion into an agency officially above the law came under W Bush, when he created a whole new branch called "Homeland Security".
I'm amazed that 35% of any body think that McCain is doing a good job. Oh, sorry... that must be people supporting the corporations that are buying laws from him... like Rio Tinto has been supporting him for at least a couple of elections...
Well, actually they are both right, if you believe that Hillary is a Democrat. Look at the race the 1% has bought for us this year. We are looking at a choice between two people that the vast majority of people worldwide hate, fear and mistrust. And it is no coincidence that AZ is in the top 10 for ALEC and the Most Corrupt States list at the same time. It is about the money flowing up, not trickling down.
Never known him to pass up a chance at a microphone...
I just rescued McCain's last newsletter from the SPAM file. I should probably recognize that the computer knows best, but I like to look for areas of agreement. There is almost always one among the long list that sounds good to me. Though I recognize his reasons are probably different from mine. And this may be the reason for this endorsement. Compliment his good behaviors while ignoring the 95% of his thoughts and rants that seem to come from that alternative universe that Republican speechwriters live in...
