So why are there so many private schools and charter schools? Its not the teacher or their profession. Its who is going to those schools. And the level of education they come out with. Its a loosing cause to teach in those public schools. If the kids parents dont care then why would the kids. Your a big supporter of private and charter schools....!

Mr. Castro is a good man. A true American. But things are different now. We can no longer afford millions of illegal aliens from mexico to come here. Other than cheaper motel room rates and produce prices they are costing us too much. Birth rates, crime rates are too high.Think I am crazy, then watch the news tonight. How many hispanic "suspects" are arrested each day. I for one sure get tired of seeing paco and Jose with the blue blanket in a mug shot shown on the screen. You say...but those people are not illegal aliens! Sure, they are the locals!Even worse. A nation is supposed to be enriched by its immigrants. Dont see it in this case.

Don't spend public money on a church owned facility! They were to blame when they let the rain drainage from the roof destroy the walls. Or maybe they knew it would happen. And what buildings has Mr. Scoville "actually" saved. Big on words but not actions.

Mike Weber is a "photographer"?? He is the former and terminated director of the Arizona Historical Society. He was knee deep in the Rio Nuevo mess. How about some real hard driving reporting here. There is much to find out.

Durband will bring some truth to the downtown mess. Trasoff and her ilk have ruined our chances to do much of anything for Rio Nuevo. Too bad Ben Buelher-Garcia didnt win (175 votes folks!!It was that close!) didnt get in--that would have helped a lot.
Durband fought long and hard to make downtown a better place.

Great museum! Only wish they didnt charge 3 dollars. Lots of people who would like to visit may only have a half hour or so because they are downtown for business etc.

She didnt want the shotguns handed out in "her neighborhood". I thought we were a nation of independant people. Since when does Cindy Fayala own that neighborhood. The 2nd Amendment wasnt set up for duck shooters it was to protect the people from an oppressive government and from crime.
