Cheap Thrills
The 14th annual Norteo Festival and Street Fair kicks off this Friday at 4 p.m. at Tucson Greyhound Park on south Fourth Avenue and 36th Street. The celebration, complete with performances from top norteo musicians, is both Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. Admission to the festival is free, but proceeds earned from the art show, children's games and rides will benefit the Pio Decimo Center.
