A festival featuring regional food, performances by mariachi and folklorico groups, the Tucson Jazz Institute, Domingo DeGrazia's Spanish-Guitar Band, a Yaqui deer dance, a Las Posadas procession by Carrillo Magnet School students and piņatas hoisted every hour takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 6.
