This is going to be an amazing concert!
100% of everthing it takes to make this event possible, has been donated. Therefore, 100% of what we raise will be donated to the kids of Casa de los Ninos, to insure they have a very merry Christmas. Because, every child deserves a little Christmas magic.
Our son loves this adaptive wheelchair program!!! He looks forward to Saturdays and being part of a team. His coach is kind, patient and experienced in adaptive sports. The U of A med. student volunteers are both encouraging and extremely helpful. We are beyond grateful to this program for providing our son the opportunity to strengthen his muscles, improve his wheelchair skill set and avoid many
secondary medical conditions due to consistent physical exercise. If your child is aged 5-18 utilizes a
manuel or motorized wheelchair or a walker we highly recommend this program. It's a confidence
builder for those diagnosed with Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Limb amputation, etc.
Siblings are always welcome to join in on the fun. They have sports wheelchair available to use at all
times. This program is available all year round at no cost. The kids have the opportunity to learn and
participate in various practice drills and competitions throughout the year. Practice are held in a
friendly and inclusive environment. If your goal is to help your child become strong and self-independent,
social and be part of a team this is the program for them. We highly recommend this program.

John Bujak is an amazing guitarist and singer. Him and his son are great together. They play Bowie and Jethro Tull just like I remember the songs. Fantastic!!! They also play lots of other 70s tunes. Great guitarist. I feel like I'm watching Eddie Van Halen!! The food at Café Tremolo is very good--it's our favorite neighborhood place for lunch or dinner.

Had a very bad experience with this food truck this weekend at the Hop Shop opening. Apparently (what I assume to be the owner of the food truck) feels he is entitled to take up 3 parking spots for himself in what is a very small parking area for a very new brew shop. Upon entering the spot we were rudely told we could not park in the spot although the spot was not reserved in anyway. The owner announced he was invited and therefore should be entitled to extra parking spots? I too was invited to the Hop Shop and therefore was also a paying customer for the new brew shop. Upon having beers and leaving it was noted that the owner had blocked my car in with some sort of a metal gate. I have a picture of this. The owner announced he would move the gate for us, how nice? When my friend who was also in my car thanked him for removing the gate, that we didn't put there, he remarked back "Thank you my Ass"! Then proceeded to call us F*ckers. Nice customer service. I would strongly suggest not supporting a food truck that does not seem to know what customer service is about. Also we will be talking with Hop Shop about how the food truck treated us and hoping they will not have return.

Great fun meeting in the beautiful park right next to the tennis courts and parking lot in the shade. Bathrooms nearby. Fun group of folks. Bring a chair and water. Your drum or noise maker.
No experience necessary.
Fun to play with nice people - beginners to old hand drummers.
Stop by and pick up a noise maker and join in.

This place is a joke!!! My partner and I who have lived in Tucson for 20 years decided to visit the TMA. So we went last Friday September 17/or 18th?? We toured the museum. Um what do I say?? There was a exhibit of local Tucson artist! Um interesting?? I really trying to be nice here!!! So now we get to the Corbett House! The house is across a courtyard from the museum, looks like a really interesting house full of really cool antiques! Looks like!! So on this day last week we ask a dosecent why can we not get in to the Corbett house?? So hands us a pamphlet about the hose & tells us that they ONLY tour that house on Wednesday from 10am to 2pm. Ok so we will come on wed next week!! That's today Wednesday September 23rd!! Yeah we were so looking forward to seeing this house along with I think two other historical houses! I think everyone knows where this LONG story is going RIGTH!? There is a huge sing that says ther is a tour @11am! It's 1145am when we are asking why the doors are not open?? The lady today tells us "" it's open go right over"" as we stare at the sign in front of us with a tour time!! So this lady says ""so sorry did you happen to come here just for that??""with a slient reply from both of us!! She then says ""I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT IT""! Oh come on Tucson lets get it together!!
From what we have heard, these Chefs are planning to put out a fabulous spread for the attendees tomorrow! Get there early for the best seats. Chef Pat and Chef John are not only top-notch chefs, they are entertainers as well and really know how to put on a show!
We can't wait to hear the reviews.
I have heard Roman Barten-Sherman play solo several times on the Congress patio. At a mere 12 years old his mastery of vintage acoustic blues is beyond phenomenal. You will probably be hearing much more about this young prodigy in Tucson (and beyond) so if you have any appreciation at all for early blues go see them on Saturday. You will be glad you did.
Wow, this is great. Dance is the only kind of exercise I like but most exercise classes are just jumping around to the music. Here you get exercise and learn real dancing.
You start with the basic steps (which are an exercise in themselves) and then see how they evolve into the different dances. Yolanda is great at not only breaking the steps down but also seeing exactly which part of your body isn't quite right. She has tips about partnering, so you can further refine your dancing once you know the basics.
Designed to give you the basis and confidence to go out on the town.
This karaoke contest is cancelled
I attended this event for the first time today and I loved it! A good amount of booths, great homemade baked goods, and free admission. There was a great assortment of items and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to go to the next fair!
I love being a member of the No Excuse Moms group here in Tucson. They are some of the most supportive people that I have know in a long time. These woman have not only helped me feel better emotionally, physically but have helped me reach goals in life. I love going to the workouts in the park. Its great to get some fresh air and sunshine, while the kids have a playmate. We have all started at different points in life and we all have different goals for ourselves. But EVERY woman, mother, daughter, wife in this group is there to help push, support and back the choices you want. #NEMSTRONG #NEM
