Be warned! We have insurance and they say this location is covered but what you don't know is it is for the company only. The doctors bills separately. If you decide to go here ask the doctor if he accepts you insurance type otherwise you will wind up paying $800 like me. Radiology also bills separately and they don't accept anyone's insurance so that is another bill.
Come here if you are desperate otherwise, take a few extra minutes and go down to the Nextcare (they are open later) at oracle and wetmore, no issues with them.
Excellent Korean food. Very clean and friendly. Family run.
My new favorite Korean place. Everything made in house.
Noreen Renier visits the Tucson - Phoenix area after more than five decades of entertaining millions while tossing out literally thousands of psychic claims. But she has also collected perhaps the largest collection of critics. Indeed Ms. Renier is often cast among her paranormal colleagues as the psychic with the most skeptics. A non-profit (and commercial free) group has posted a series of questions that she has so far refused to answer. Those considering attending one of her public performances may want to take a look at some of those questions posted. See http://www.gpinquirygroup.com/gpinquirygroup/Using%20an%20alias.html
I'll have more of the "yellow".
Hard place to fine, but lot's of fun!
The Jerry Bob's on Oracle in Catalina is the worst place in the world. I have given them over 6 tries to get it right and every single time it just doesn't improve. I would never recommend Jerry Bob's due to what has happened to me there, and when my husband asks me to go to another one, I just can't!!!!! It is the worst restaurant in the country in my opinion!
NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Absolutely the worse Dining experience I have EVER had! Being that we are in our upper 40's, this is only one of thousands of restaurants we have been to & it is not like me to complain (just look at my Yelp history for yourself). This place sat us over an hour after the "RESERVED"time. Granted, it was Valentines Day, so I can forgive a "little"lateness. Once seated, orders for drinks were not taken for 30 minutes. After another guest complained about a time constraint for her & her husband they took orders immediately. It took them 20 minutes to start preparing the food. As the "chef" was cooking, there was NO communication & NO "SHOW" which is 1/2 of what you pay for at a Hibachi Grill. The couple who complained about time finally walked out at 10:50 PM when food still was not ready! Mind you, this is 2 Hrs 20 min after our "RESERVED" time! My husband and I discussed leaving as we'll, but where do you go eat at 11PM at night? Once the food was prepared he was short on Scallops which my husband & 1 other guest had ordered (and they were burnt), so they had to cook more in the back. He ran out of veggies when serving (3 of us were not served ANY at all until the kitchen made some to bring out) at this point it was 20 min to 12:00 AM and our food WITH NO FLAVOR was boxed already. This was our very 1st visit to this place & keeping an open mind I kindly requested the meal be comped & I would be happy to try it on another day. The "manager" then said we could have a $50 GC for a future visit. I advised them that I doubt I would be back for that. It was very poor for them to allow me to get this upset, cause a scene arguing w/me in front of others and then making the customer pay for their poor planning. They need to do more. The fact that they had a busy night causing late seating w/reservations. Horrible Service from wait staff as well as the cook & the arrogant woman who claimed to be the manager brought me to my breaking point. I paid 1/2 the bill to get out of there (again almost. Midnight!) and I then called to speak to the owner. The owner didn't feel the need to speak to a VERY dissatisfied customer & the claim on their website that they want 100% satisfaction is a joke! I am hoping others will think twice before supporting this type of treatment towards customers. NEGATIVE 5 stars for this place!
I love this theatre. I really wasn't expecting it to be so nice. $3 movies - $!.50 on Tuesdays - friendly staff, good snacks and the place is really well maintained and clean.
I like the place, breakfasts are great but the last time I ordered keilbasa and eggs, it was prepared just fine and served well but I think though they could at least go with Hillshire farms keilbasa instead of a split Bar-S economy Polish.
Im new in town. I love the bar but the women are not friendly. That is a shame. I could not meet a girl.
Great Americana food. Awesome breakfasts, burgers and dinners. Dont let the stakehouse name fool you, this is more of a diner. Great food at a reasonable price. No frills, good service. Owners George and Dina always greet you with a smile.
This was the worst performance and dinner I have ever experienced. I planned this dinner for an anniversary gift for my wife. The hype on the website explains a nice “candle-lit dinner” and gift of $15 value.
First our arrival. This “dinner theater” is in the rear corner of the Great Wall of China restaurant, near the bathroom and kitchen door. The theater room consists of four small tables, where they seat three couples per table. The stage is nothing more than a tarp with a picture of a moon and castle on it. The show started 45 minutes late.
During the entire performance, workers from the restaurant were exiting the kitchen, and patrons from the restaurant were walking through to use the bathrooms. You see and smell the chinese food and think, “Oh, maybe the food will be good.” Don’t be fooled, you are going to get a budget salad, mediocre at best. The food is a cheap spaghetti noodle dish with white alfredo sauce on it, three steamed baby carrots, three steamed broccoli, and some type of chicken alfredo roll? My thoughts were, “I will probable spend the rest of the night with diarrhea.” To top it off, desert was a small serving of plain cheesecake, nothing more, which had probably been in the back kitchen for over a week.
The talent of a high school play is probably slightly greater than the performance at this theater. The actor who was killed in the play also played the role of the police officer who investigated his murder. The actors chuckled and commented, “What do you expect, this is a low-budget play.” Don’t get me wrong, I did chuckle a few times, but it was largely because I count not believe these people, this experience, was for real, it was really that getto. It was like watching the viral video on YouTube of the “I like turtles” kid, you just can’t believe what just happened.
Our anniversary gift was a dollar-store toy, a plastic ball and chain, gifted for me. How much more romantic can you get, right?
At the end, one actor pulled out a vote ballot from his coat. The ballots appeared to have been in the street for a week, run over and spit on. I was honestly afraid to touch them without having Lysol wipes for my hands afterward. They also give you a tip envelope stapled to a paper advertising 18 and 20 % gratuities. For our two tickets, they wanted $20 on top of the $90 dollars we paid for the show in the first place. On top of it, I had to pay the Great Wall of China restaurant for our two drinks, which also requested a gratuity.
People, if you go to this show, the only thing of actual value you will get is the story you will tell to your great grandchildren about how you and your significant other paid hundreds of dollars to see the worst show of your life in Tucson, Arizona. If that is what you’re looking for, you’ve found it!
Best tuna sub in the world!
We were told about the Tuesday seafood buffet and how good it was, we were not disappointed. It was outstanding!!!! Of course it made it better because we got it free with our player card. First time there and we each also got $10.00 free play, we came home winners also! Our only complaint, very smoking inside, they need better ventilation.
This place is disgusting. I see roaches came out from the kitchen. Where's the inspector?..
Golden Corral is at best hit and miss, this one in Tucson is mostly miss. Their main problem is lack of help, I've been in food service over 30 years and I can tell. GC recipes are fool proof and quite good IF FOLLOWED.
Favorite Mexican food, favorite service, and one of our top favorites in town. My four-year old, who's in love with Delia, chose this place for his b-day. They work their butts off there to provide for an excellent experience. Never had a bad experience and have probably eaten there 50 times.
There's about 3-4 places in town where you can get a real NY slice, this is one of them. Really enjoyed it. Only gave 'em 4 stars because I haven't tried anything else, but I will!
I should have turned around and walked out when I saw all the fedora hats and laptops on the tables. I ordered a GC tamal to go, passable at best, would probably beat out anything you'd get in North Dakota though. Another "cool people' joint.
This may be a wonderful theater when they're open, but last night some friends and I went down looking forward to the 7pm show of The Great Beauty indicated in the Weekly to find the place closed with no indication of anything anywhere except an upcoming "horrorfest." We should have been forewarned when we called ahead and got a recording that was made back in November, with not a word said about current or upcoming shows, but we figured they were just too busy to update their message. This was probably a mistake on the part of the Weekly rather than the Screening Room, but it was frustrating.
