Re: “Seriously, People, Tell Domestic Harmony to Go F—k Itself

Why is Martha Stewart being mentioned here in this article? She is called an ex-con. Sounds like someone doesn't like Martha Stewart. Sure she was convicted of insider trading, while those on Capital Hill got away with insider trading, which made them millions, and none of those Senators, Congressmen went to jail for insider trading. Now those are the people who should be behind bars, and gain a title of convict.

Re: “Amy's Baking Company Says 'We Were Hacked!' Following Yesterday's Scorched Earth Campaign

I have never wished anything but the best to small, independent, business people, especially in Arizona, until I saw this show.

That lady is a psychopathic monster and needs to be committed ASAP

Her husband, suffers from the worst case of low self esteem/short man syndrome I have seen since being pulled over by a TPD bike cop.

Re: “Flake's Background-Check Problem

I think Senator Flakes numbers have fallen, not because of gun control like the Democrat poll would have us believe, but because of his support of the "AMNESTY BILL" that will not only hurt Americans looking for work, but will hit every American tax payer with the cost of giving illegal aliens citizenship.

Re: “Flake's Background-Check Problem

Dear GV George,

There is NO universal vehicle registration. I can sell a car without any government intervention. However, it is advisable that I make up a Bill of Sale. As a further precaution, I also take down the buyers DL info.

No different than selling a firearm in a private, person-to-person sale.

Mammey, I think you made my point just fine. (Image of clutching pearls inserted here).

Re: “The Folks at Amy's Baking Company In Scottsdale Have Gone Insane [Update: They Were 'Hacked']

One more thing, thank you God for showing us the certifiable insane! Who cares what their food tastes like, with a felon behind the door and she continues to create wire fraud with her re-packaging & shipping? I'd call that some serious misrepresentation. Poor Samy doesn't realize his mob fluff doesn't have the same impact in today's world that it once had. Looks like to me he must have thought he was marrying a trophy wife only to get a pizza covered nut! I would never enter any place of business they had ties to! Good Luck!

Re: “Seriously, People, Tell Domestic Harmony to Go F—k Itself

Seriously, educating me on my potty mouth and wondering if I understand about domestic harmony? Other than getting a life in concern for my use of the occasional f-word (which I really recommend to everyone), maybe you should be concerned about folks living up to an ideal image of what a household should look like or what material possessions people think they need in order to be happy. My life is rich without a whole lot ... I just don't get worked up about the details ... even the f-word.

"Why is a firearm different from any other privately owned product?"

I think that's a fine and relevant question. Why, for example, is there universal registration for car and not for firearms?

Re: “Five Minutes of Gardening Makes a Big Difference - Especially in the Desert

I agree with this, I don't live in a desert climate, but I always feel better after doing a little gardening - whether it be planting or weeding!

Re: “A Passed-Out-Drunk ASU Student Was Left At a Hospital With a Wheelchair and A Note

Charging this boy's friends with anything would be a very stupid move. While they obviously didn't want to make themselves known, they had the presence of mind to save his life by leaving him where he could be cared for by those who had the ability to save him. He should be forever grateful for those friends, and so should the authorities.

More media hype trying to convince uninformed readers that Sen. Flake said something he didn't. If he had said what CNN claims he did you can bet that video would be linked in every article, including this one Jim.

Re: “Brewer: "It's The Beginning of the End" of the Session

I can say that sending it to the voters is a step, I ask, will our elected officials implement the will of the voters? The voters have been asked about Medicaid (AHCCCS) before and their wishes were ignored.

Re: “Flake's Background-Check Problem

Senator Flake has stated from the start that he will not support 'universal' background checks because they will compel every gun owner to take the prospective buyer and their gun to a FFL before they may transfer it. This means the seller must transfer their firearm to the FFL, the potential buyer must complete the ATF From 4473 then the FFL must call the NICS and get approval before the firearm can be transferred to the prospective buyer.

What happens if the NICS sends back a deny?

Will the FFL give the firearm back to its owner? Remember, they owner had to turn it over to the FFL and the FFL had to transfer it in to their inventory.

Will the FFL now have to make the original owner complete the ATF Form 4473 and call the NICS before they may give them their firearm back?

Does private property no longer mean it is OWNED and private?

Why is a firearm different from any other privately owned product?

Those who are working towards their goal of 'universal' background checks talk of "gun violence" yet I've never seen a firearm shoot someone on its own, it takes a person or a mechanical device to make it fire. We do not have a "gun violence" problem, we have a People violence problem yet they do not want to discuss the issue of violent people performing violent acts.

Jana, my point is, that in civil conversation with strangers, you use appropriate restraint in your choice of words. Else, you're percieved as a degenerate slob. Jana your point is?

Ldonyo...Calling people names in the Alinsky tradition, does NOTHING to solve the problem, in fact, it only makes things worse. Do you and your 12 friends have anything "CONSTRUCTIVE" to say?

Re: “A Passed-Out-Drunk ASU Student Was Left At a Hospital With a Wheelchair and A Note

Completely agree with Laura. While they may have seen "The Hangover" too many times, at least they got him help instead of leaving him to die, especially with that BAC. I'd add that charging his friends will only make kids more reluctant to even seek help for friends who need it. As a society, we don't seem to have issues with creating safe haven policies for unwanted babies. I think this is along that line of thinking. It's more sad that these kids were so scared of the consequences of getting caught that they felt the need to abandon him in the first place.

LOL! 25 likes and 1 dislike on my comment about "Kathy Parker"? I wonder who the dislike is from. Yalla Yalla, it's Christmas! Meow. I re-read "Kathy Parker's" review on Google and noticed that she refers to Yelp as YELP, just as Amy/Samy do. Yelp is the name of a company, not an acronym.
