That's ABSOLUTELY right. It is easier to control pollution from a large stationary source rather than many small moving ones, but still....

The cartoon really is true. I despise mines, active or not. We avoid all towns and areas with mines and drive right through on our way to see other areas. No stopping to spend money on gas, food, or motels. We're avid birders and travel to see the flora and fauna of AZ. None of that is around a mine.
