Congrats to Heather Hoch, no big words and you didn't have to talk about adding more acid to the salsa.
Being fairly new residents of Tucson we found this place three years ago...2-3 times a week, we are regular customers. The owner & his staff are all good men & are more like family to us. We love the food of course, but really, the owner or anyone of his guys are literally the best, too, in Tucson. Great review! So glad your command of the language is better than mine! Costillas are my drug of choice, too.
Ate there for the first time a couple of months ago. I'm hooked!
Matt Hydeman There you go again looking for a Free Lunch!
These are REAL tacos! Food is incredible and nothing like those "amateur taco lovers" who go to BK or Güero.
Maybe your husband was on his period. Try again.
I love tacos Apson!! Viva Agua Prieta Sonora!!!
Yum! Can't wait...
Kudos to a reviewer who knows her offal!
TWers... Sorry but this is not about food and I really look forward to your local FOOD articles although I'm sure you are well and truly chuffed to do something OTHER than food. Beer... not food, snacky stuff with grass in it... not food, libations of any sort no matter how nutritious... not food. Okay? Thanks, Foodie
Zachary's. RIP. You will be missed. Especially since I finally ate that last piece in the freezer.
Zachary's Pizza will always be one of Tucson's central culinary offerings. Sorry if you missed it. Nothing like it. RIP. Had some stashed in the freezer until recently. Couldn't bear to finish it.
Stella has the best coffee and the best coffee people in town.
Bring back "Noshing Around".
Pretty spot on review except my service for lunch was very good. Will try it again.
Period? Are you for sure about that?
Hubby's English so he's had his share of fish and chips, however we both agree this place is crap. Period.
The fish tacos are pretty darn awesome as well.
That's insane if they don't have malt vinegar.
As a former employee of roughly 16 years I gotta say that Murph and his partner Jeff are like none other when it comes to employers and restauranteurs. They are true family men and their family includes each of their employees. As restaurants constantly come and go in this little city the Kingfisher boys continue to be top of the class. As many, I can't wait to see what's next.
Great interview with a real Tucson legend.
