So what are some of his signature flavors and what kind of beers is he best at making (stout, IPA, pilsner)? Maybe if he hones his craft enough, he can make a small business out of this, bringing extra revenue to himself and Tucson and allowing the rest of us to partake in his Dionysian joys.
