Re: “The Best Things I Ate in 2015

Hooray for breakfast toast! And salmon eggs benedict (also from 5 points, but I know that you could only pick one).

Re: “Knead to Know

His breads are the best you can buy. Nothing like another bakery or supermarket bakery. The only issue is purchasing the bread, the lack of a good distribution. He needs to distribute his breads in supermarkets and grocery stores. Check out his website and enjoy his bread, you will be hooked on it.

Re: “Best of Benin: Alafia

this restaurant sounds interesting. but I have found some restaurants use herbs or spices to cover the flavor or taste of old food. This restaurant certainly doesn't sound like that kind. I need to try it soon.

Re: “The Road to UNESCO

Congrats for being the only local news organization to report on this before the fact. When I heard the news today, I knew I'd read about this someplace recently.

Re: “Gone Gourmand

Lead with a picture of Jack's + no mention in the article? When Jack + his wife ran the place it was without doubt the BEST barbecue in several states. Your BEST OF winners wouldn't hold a candle to them. Moved to Texas to retire + I presume moved on to the big Q in the sky by now. Every time I drive by there , I miss them. Damn now my mouth is watering just from the memory! Will try the new Dickey's but prepared to be dissapointed.
