Super excited to see Nik's new place. I have missed his drinks at Scott and Co. There is a huge difference in being pretentious and being a confident bartender who knows his shit!
Such an interesting read. Thank you so much for sharing. I will share this post with my subscriber. If you love reading up about fitness ,health, diet, paleo recipes stuff head to http://bit.ly/1BkE3MY aswell. Always keeping up to date with the latest and greatest.
I tried to have lunch on a weekday at Neo a few months ago. We walked in and waited 20 minutes to be seated, but was not acknowledged by a single person working. We even saw another couple who pointed us out to a waitress.
We haven't been back due to this experience. Not surprised to hear of the service problems.
This dude is so full of his fat self it's not even funny. Tremendously pretentious douche. I stopped going to Scott and Co. because listening to him blather on about bitters being the best spirit and martinis being 'unfocused cocktails' made me want to smash my head on the bar.
He may be a dick But all of you pussys talking shit makes you the assholes.
The man make a god damn good drink.
Get some thick skin and keep your durty laundry to yourself!
Hey all -
Regardless of what you think about Nik or Reilly, what he's doing is ultimately going to be great for Tucson and our cocktail community. Reserve your judgment until after you've gone and seen it for yourself. Nik's got a great team working with him and I have complete confidence that the cocktails will be excellent, and innovative. He's an outspoken guy with strong opinions and he doesn't mind putting them out there, right or wrong. you can discuss his words, but don't get personal and slander the man.
How do you snub your nose at craft cocktails while practicing craft cocktails? Being pretentious about pretension is odd...
These negative comments just scream "I'm intimidated by things I don't know about." Niklas did awesome things at Scott and he'll do awesome things at the TLC. And if you have anything negative to say, I'm sure he'd love to hear it in person...dare ya
This guy seems like the most pretentious, self absorbed mixologist, umm excuse me bartender, i have ever seen. Bartending isnt some artistic job that you have perfected nik, nor is it some cornerstone of our society that everyone looks up too. You serve drinks, and get people drunk, end of story.
I can't wait!! Got a seek preview yesterday. Smells amazing
Nik knows his shit.
Jesus christ a lot of anonymous mud slinging. Not really the place, is it?
Nah, he must still be here. The bad smell downtown is still present.
nicholas is still in this city? i thought everyone hated that guy and he left. shame.
Niklas is a prick and a liar. Definitely wont be going to his shit bar.
How do you know there are 900 Food trucks in Tucson?
Just another place for "cool people" at a "cool location" with a way overpriced menu. Too much dinero just to be "cool"!
On Friday at 6 pm, the two of us waited only 20 minutes. We got the margherita and the wiseguy, and the pizza was legitimately good. One thing about this review, it kind of implies that Bianco has restaurants in California, rather than just tomatoes grown there.
With the excellent pizza in Tucson (to name a few: Reilly, Falora, Time Market), it is beyond absurd to wait two hours for the privilege of ordering a pizza.
When did the original Corleon's close down?
