https://www.facebook.com/events/1559815677638227/ hi, i saw your article on the event may 16th @ cowtown , there is a bigger one june 6th , june 7th also ..
For the record, I recently been at the cafe and I had a wonderful experience there , I had the Croque madame and it was wonderful, I went back two day later to take my mom for lunch we bot chose from the wonderful specials they offered I had trout and my mom had the homemade chicken salad we were very pleased with every bite, I definitely will go back they will end up knowing me as one of there regulals , also on another note the two servers we had were very helpful , Thank u to the owner and stuff for making breakfast and lunch so delightful,
I wish Le Delice hadn't closed. They were delightful, and would have made a great alternative.
Love, love love this Taqueria!!! We live on the other side of town, 1/2 hr drive at least. Well worth the drive, Gotta have those costillas wrapped in a flour tortilla!! Mmmm
Extraño los tacos, y las costillas, y los frijolitos, y a Francisco "Pancho" Durazo, mi Compañero de mil batallas musicales :)
Food and service is great, prices are more than fair, but article writer forgot to mention history behind the name of this place. The best Latino Rock n' Roll band of all times was LOS APSON, whose drum player Francisco "Pancho" Durazo along with his brother, guitar player Arturo Durazo, founders of the band, were father and uncle of the owner of TACOS APSON. When you get to know the history of this historic band, you just feel amazed of watching original photos of the band hanging on the walls of TACOS APSON.
those plates look gross!!
what is wrong with that quiche?
THOSE are the slices of fruit yr gonna garnish yr plate with?
lame. what cheap skates.
that waffle looks like it came out of a costco box.
ahhh, and i see yr dry chicken! what a rip off!
You know what's really cool Laramie, we come out every week and there's the Range every day.
Huh. My husband and I were lured into Cafe Francais a few months ago because of a delightful apricot tart that they were peddling at the Rillito Farmers Market. We, like you, were rather disappointed thanks to the size and prices for breakfast.
Our go-to French restaurant is and always will be, Ghini's. They win Best of Tucson every year for a reason.
Thank you Heather Hoch:
For introducing me to one of Tucson's best kept secrets.
Have been driving by this place for decades, often on my way to
Rodriguez Seafood, never giving it a second glance.
Have now made two forays there, both of which were most gratifying.
My life will never be the same.
Congrats to Heather Hoch, no big words and you didn't have to talk about adding more acid to the salsa.
Being fairly new residents of Tucson we found this place three years ago...2-3 times a week, we are regular customers. The owner & his staff are all good men & are more like family to us. We love the food of course, but really, the owner or anyone of his guys are literally the best, too, in Tucson. Great review! So glad your command of the language is better than mine! Costillas are my drug of choice, too.
Ate there for the first time a couple of months ago. I'm hooked!
Matt Hydeman There you go again looking for a Free Lunch!
These are REAL tacos! Food is incredible and nothing like those "amateur taco lovers" who go to BK or Güero.
Maybe your husband was on his period. Try again.
