Actually, "my band" existed in THE SIXTIES AND 70's (!!!!) and was in Spin , Rolling Stone (never made the cover) and about a dozen other music magazines. You don't need to know the name, hell because you're so smug I'd never tell ya.
We all got rich and did just fine.
The weekly goes thru talentless bands like tissue paper. This is just the most recent that will go nowhere.
keep tucson ernesto.
Timmothy: Feel free to send us some info about your band. Did you guys get profiled in Spin?
Yet another Tucson band for the Weekly to get all wet about. They play nowhere in front of nobody, very few people in Tucson have ever heard of them or heard them play.
But the weekly says they are the next big thing. Sure.
Just wait a few months and the weekly will anoint yet another gonowhere local band.
Great pick on favorite album
Great pick on fav album.
Great article, mediocre band.
They ended with Sue.
The District show is actually FRIDAY JULY 4TH.
I enjoyed reading your well written article above and want to thank Mr. Levine for writing it. I have been listening to A Fall To Break for the last year now including their awesome new CD 'Disaster Destruction and After' and consider myself an A Fall To Break fan for life! Sincerely, Jill Smith
Love the use of B+B titles- nice work!
Fuck I missed it!
Clay Dudash! theme songs for people- brilliant! that's totally how I feel when i hear your music. I bop around and I'm uplifted. And I'm pretty much smiling all the way...thanks for all you do to keep putting the sounds out! laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaater, Sara P. Smith
Howard is one Bad-ass Mother Fucker.A kind and talented soul.
Good for you, Rat T. I'll try to find room in next week's issue for the gripping story "Editor caught in grammatical error fiasco!"
Just purchased Cowlifornia Swing on CD Baby and listening to it now. Great fun.
Grammatically, a while is a noun phrase in which "a" is an article and "while" functions as a noun meaning "a short period of time"
There's so much missing from this. cheating, stealing, improper use of band monies, divorce, DUI's, member fallouts, the fact that after the main band members left, there was no more songwriters...... Maybe Villa and Peters can stop pretending someday.
