Re: “Answering the Call

No matter the color, background or circumstances, the best way to solve our violence issues is to commit no crimes against each other, or ourselves for that matter. There is no white supremacy, there is only segregation, and its just these types of functions that continue to create the very divide in our society that exists. There should be no mention of color or ethnicity anywhere in our society if we truly want to be know as one America, no check blocks on any government forms or applications. Ask yourself this, everyone no person of any race, creed, color or religion... is prevented from attaining an education in this country, from the ghetto to the white house we all take a different path to attain an education, however, its open to all. Once educated, we could all then agree, that these special emphasis groups touting this group or that group only support racism and segregation. If we genuinely want to be counted as one, "Americans" we need to push to remove any reference to this or that type of person in our schools and our own vocabulary, but I warn you, the government likes us divided, there is strength in numbers, they know that and therefore, support continued segregation through special emphasis groups, have a nice day.

Re: “May Day March

Hey Jimmy, Boy!

People hare having a hard time "making ends meet" precisely because, for decades, YOU and the rest of THESE Sensational Folks have worked hard to "aid and abet, entice and invite, and otherwise to encourage the illegal entry of Impoverished Mexicans for both political and economic exploitation."

The MORE people who compete for jobs, the lower the wage and the harder time working folks have in "making ends meet."

Wasn't that Steinbeck's lesson in "Grapes of Wrath?"

WHY do YOU think Tucson is "Numero Cinco " on the poverty list?

YOU are no more than a "useful idiot" and a "tool" for right wing, republican cheap labor business interests!

Re: “From the Kids to the Stage

I have never heard about this until my granddaughter was at the school assembly and was asked to come on stage where they announced her story was chosen. I'm so proud of her but the family will be in CA,and unable to see it and with my disability it'll be hard to get there. We are looking to find out if it hopefully gets filmed? It would be a great idea to have it filmed where the students in the various schools and libraries and other institutions could learn more about the Magic Box. I am personally sending out the information I have found here and bbroadening people's knowledge of your group. I think that you are doing a wonderful thing and more people need to know that.

Re: “End Violence, Eat Good Food

There is nothing more harmful that a Sexual Assault. The effects last a lifetime. These are very serious crimes and should be dealt with as such. Attention sexual predators: Tucson is not New York. Many citizens in Tucson are armed and will ventilate you carcus with ball and powder. My suggestion to you is get out of Tucson and get out now before you end up lying flat on you back gazing up at the church ceiling with eyes like pitted dates.....................

Re: “Chomsky’s Back

^ Answering my own question, apparently, yes.

I went to hear this lunatic and felt rather put upon as the adoring and similarly lunatic audience disparaged my beliefs with applause and nodding heads.

It was interesting to hear for example, that despite, (by his own admission) 90% of Ukrainians voting in favor of joining NATO, he felt it was incumbent upon the west to insure that they became a "neutral" state so as to not offend the Russians, who wish to crush Ukraine.

On the other hand, he simultaneously believes that we should leave Iran alone to pursue a nuclear bomb making program.

So according to this great intellect we should: 1) force a sovereign state to become "neutral" all the while: 2) allowing a rouge, anti-west government, with a declared intent to annihilate another sovereign state, to develop nuclear weapons to bring about that outcome.

Such is the "clarity" of thinking of the "intellectual" mind. I'm glad that I'm just an average Joe without such critical thinking skills.

Re: “Chomsky’s Back

I often wonder, is "intellectual" a self-declared title, sort of like, "activist?"

Re: “Chomsky’s Back

This intellectual is convinced of america"s as an evil state, very much like those on the left that have a voice via Obama,s Admn. He believes that our decline on the world stage under Obama/Clinton / Kerry is a good thing. To appease our adversaries is a mission of his philosophy even as it will inevitably end in our destruction and that of our ally Israel and the Jewish people, who his ideas feel bring on the resurgence of anti- semitism. He should not be lauded...

Re: “The Best Show. 100% Female.

Who are these people who supposedly don't think women are funny?

I'm a man and I think funny women are funny. But the constant references to "people" who say "women aren't funny" may become a self fulfilling prophecy.
